Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any prerequisites or requirements?: My website services do not include domain names or hosting. I can help you with the process but they are not included in my prices.
Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance?: Yes, there is a period of ongoing support included with each service. We also have a VIP Design Day service if you need more maintenance done on your website.
What's your refund policy?: I do not offer refunds for work that has been completed. Please review your contract first and then feel free to contact me to discuss the situation.

What tech stack do you use?: I've used many in the past but I'm currently enjoying using WordPress for it's flexibility and SureCart if e-commerce is needed.
Can you really build websites that fast?: Yes! I've been building websites for over 2 decades and I can build them pretty quickly with the right tools. However, timeframes may be delayed if feedback and communication is delayed.
Do you offer payment plans?: Yes, I can offer payment plans on the "Website in a Week" service ( 50% is required prior to starting the project and the remaining 50% before the project is handed over). However, I do not offer payment plans on the "Website in a Day" and "VIP Design Day" services as they are completed on the same day.
